// In her works, Sara points to the omnipresent manipulation of the audience. While everyday life is marked by images that are intended to evoke specific thoughts and emotions, her collages create spaces that are as manipulative as advertising. In doing so, the artist integrates the living and the lifeless, along with the static and the dynamic, creates a cradle in the mind of the viewer to fill with character and life – thus illustrating the tensions between manipulation and imagination.
